The Simplification Project is a communication channel between our team and its leaders for the presentation of ideas. With the mission of adding productivity, generating creative stimulus and continuously strengthening innovation, all employees can contribute with suggestions for improvements in processes, products or even management and the work environment.

The creation of solutions and the production of diversified packaging has already become one of our strengths, and our portfolio continues to grow. Around here, we work together with our collaborators – inventors with a direct incentive to exchange knowledge. This is the essence of Project Simplification, a collaborative think tank for creating revolutionary products.

 HISTORY 

We are recognized as one of the most innovative companies in Brazil and part of this success comes from the Projeto Simplificação.
It has been part of our daily lives since 1985. And, since then, we have counted more than a million ideas with a significant number of successful implementations, such as the exclusive Plus and Biplus closures, patented and exported to several countries around the world.

This management model, based on Japanese techniques of participatory administration, is highly effective and has already placed us at the top of national and international awards, such as the IBI (Brazil Innovation Index) prepared by Unicamp and FAPESP; and the FINEP innovation award. In addition, for four consecutive times, we were ranked amongst the 20 most innovative companies in Brazil according to a survey by Época Magazine and AT Kearney International Consulting.
