Gabriel Heleno Zaragueta:

Gabriel Heleno Zaragüeta, Business Administrator graduated from FAAP and postgraduate in business administration from CEAG-FGV. He worked at Cantareira do Xingú from 2000 to 2010, becoming a partner and director. Since 2010 he has held the position of Managing Director of Centralpart Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda., Agropastoril Quintas da Serra Ltda. and Quintas da Serra Industria e Comercio Ltda.

Antonio Carlos Teixeira Alvares:

Production engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of the Universidade de São Paulo, MBA in accounting and financial administration from the School of Business Administration of São Paulo, Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Superintendent Director of Brasilata from 1978 to 2014 and professor at the School of Business Administration in São Paulo, Fundação Getúlio Vargas since 1974 and member of the Forum FGV- Inovação since its foundation in 2000, President of SINIEM- National Union of the Printing Industry of Metals, since 2004, Director of FIESP- Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo since 2007, where he is a member of the Department of Economic Studies (DEPECON) since 2004, Member of the Board of Directors of the Roberto Simonsen Institute, since 2010, where he is also a member of the Conselho Superior de Tecnologia Competitividade e Inovação (Higher Council of Technology, Competitiveness and Innovation) - CONIC, since 2011, President of the IPA- International Packaging Association, a worldwide association of independent can manufacturers, since 2011 and member of the University Council of USP as a representative of FIESP, since 2013.

BOARD MEMBERS

Denise Damiani:

Graduated in Digital Systems and Electrical Engineering from Escola Politécnica of Universidade de São Paulo, Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and Master in Cultural Biology from Instituto Matriztico de Humberto Maturana - Chile.
Executive with global experience, worked as a Systems Engineer at SERPRO- Serviço Federal de Processamento de Dados (Federal Data Processing Service), Citibank and IBM. Founder and owner of Netsys from 1988 to 1996, from 1996 to 2010 she worked at Socia Accenture, from 2010 to 2011 Statutory Vice President at Itaú S/A, responsible for the technology and strategy area. In 2014, he founded Denise Damiani Consultoria, to carry out major projects with large economic groups and Brazilian family businesses in the areas of strategy, technology and preparation for transition and management between generations and the empowerment of women in business and companies.

José Roberto Securato:

Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and MBA in Finance and Actuarial Sciences from Universidade de São Paulo (University of São Paulo) - USP. Founding partner and Managing Director of Saint Paul Advisors. It has over 14 years of experience in M&A transactions in Brazil and Latin America and has worked 10 years at Deutsche Bank (5 years in NY), 2 years at BNP Paribas, and in local M&A boutiques. He was Director of the Investment Banking team at Deutsche Bank in Brazil, responsible for covering clients from January 2009 to December 2012. In addition, he was Head of Pharmaceuticals – Brazil (Jun/08 – Jun/12), Head of Power & Utilities – Brazil (Jun/10 – Dec/12) and Head of Metals & Mining – Brazil (Jun/12 – Dec/ 12).

Dante Prati Favaro:

Civil Engineer and Business Administrator graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and Post-graduated in Administrative Systems for Civil Construction, Total Quality from Escola Politécnica da USP and Finance and Controllership, Financial Administration, Capital Markets and Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Elected in 2012 Chief Executive Officer of the company Heleno & Fonseca Construtécnica S/A, Technical Manager since 2001 for CDR Pedreira- Centro de Distribuio de Resídos LTDA. and Member of the Board of Directors of the companies Heleno & Fonseca Construtécnica S/A, Biogás Energia Ambiental S/A, Ecourbis Ambiental S/A, Unidade de Tratamento de Resíduos S/A and Novo Gramacho Energia Ambiental S/A.

Rivaldo Petean Junior:

Business Administrator graduated from Centro Universitário da FEI (FEI University Center), post-graduated in Finance and Didactics of Higher Education from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and concluded in 2015 the law course at Faculdade Metropolitana Unidas.
Worked at Brasilata from 1985 to 1996 as Assistant to the presidency, Administrative Manager at the company Rebanho S/A Agropecuária from 1987 to 1993, from 1994 to 2003 he was Administrative Manager at Centralpart Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda., Partner and Administrative Director at the company Cantareira do Xingú Agropecuária Ltda. from 1999 to 2010, from 2001 to 2006 he served as Administrative Director at the company Agropastoril Quintas da Serra Ltda. and since 2003 he has been a Partner and Director at Petean Assessoria Empresarial Ltda.

João Vicente De Masi Tuma:

Graduated in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP, executive MBA in business management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has worked at Brasilata since 1987 and has held the position of Director since 2005. He was a professor at UNIVATES (RS) for 4 years (production management) and served as technical chairman of the IPA – International Packaging Association for 8 years.
