Brasilata once again won the most important worldwide recognition in packaging through the WorldStar Awards, promoted by the World Packing Organization (WPO). Only companies that have already been awarded nationally are able to compete for the award.

The highlight was in the drinks category with the PlocOff can from Café Quintas da Serra. Café Quintas da Serra is a gourmet coffee, widely awarded in several competitions and produced in the water circuit in Amparo-SP. The PlocOff packaging for Café Quintas da Serra is the first with a degassing valve, ensuring coffee preservation, aroma control and elimination of carbon dioxide generated by the roasting process.

The handover ceremony will take place in May 2019 in Prague, Czech Republic, during a gala dinner.
