In Brasilata’s Plus Bucket, we replaced the traditional lid with claws by our Closure Plus system, with a lid equipped with a mechanical lock, eliminating the sharp areas that made handling unsafe. This closure optimizes the filling process by the paint or chemical industry, easily adapting to pneumatic cylinder systems or roller systems, thus eliminating the need for special equipment for closure (“spider”).

From the point of view of conservation of the packaging and aesthetics, while the production process of the lid with claws can cause wrinkles, removing the paint from the lining of the lid, the Bucket Plus Brasilata has a more beautiful appearance and greater resistance to internal pressure and drops, presenting less deformation thanks to the cord reinforcement system.
