 CONDUCT AND ETHICS 

We have consolidated the ethical principles that govern our Brasilata family, guiding internal and external relations with Guidelines, the Ethical Commitment of the Company and our Inventors, in addition to the existence of the Brasilata Ethics Committee - CEB to analyze cases of violation of the Code of Ethics and determine any disciplinary actions.
