Brasilata has been a member of the VOCÊ S/A Guide for 17 years, and since 2007, it has won 14 awards, 11 of them consecutively.

Brasilata has participated in the Guide from VOCÊ S/A for 17 years, and since 2007, it has been highlighted with 14 awards, 11 of which were consecutive. This year was no different. The company remains in the group of the 150 Best Companies to Work For, according to the survey by VOCÊ S/A, winning second place in the Packaging Manufacturers category.

The award ceremony took place on October 17, in the capital of São Paulo, and Brasilata ranked 39th amongst the 150 awarded, which demonstrates its commitment to quality in people management and a good organizational environment. Even in the face of the challenges of the economic crisis that affects all sectors of Brazilian industry, Brasilata demonstrates an open communication channel and believes in the award to measure the internal climate of satisfaction of its inventors. The good position in the ranking also reflects Brasilata's advance in relation to the other companies that remain on the Guide's list of highlights.

The award is the result of a 10-month effort by the editorial staff of VOCÊ S/A and Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA), responsible for the methodology of the survey of the Best Companies. The assessment basically consists of what the company offers its employees and, on the other hand, what employees say about the company. Amongst the criteria raised are Strategic Management and Objectives, Leadership, Recognition and Rewards, Career, Knowledge Management and Corporate Management, Internal Communication, Participation and Autonomy, Interpersonal Relations, Processes and Organization, Health, Safety and Quality of Life at Work, Sustainability and Diversity, and Employer Branding. The composition of all these criteria results in the Happiness at Work Index (HFI), which is the comparison factor between companies.
