On September 9, the 3rd edition of the Incredible Places to Work Award revealed the companies that stood out in people management and in the satisfaction index of their employees, in an event promoted by UOL and Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA). The winners were defined based on the results of the FIA Employee Experience (FEEx) survey, whose methodology also enables a comparison of the companies in the different levels of quality of the CEO's performance, Leadership, Organizational Climate, and Management Practices.
For the second consecutive year Brasilata, which specializes in the production of metal packaging, was considered an Incredible Place to Work among medium-sized companies by FEEx, winning 4th place in the Diverse Industries category.
The commitment to Employee Experience has evolved greatly at Brasilata, which has always worked focused on providing pleasant, productive and healthy environments for its employees; however, over the last two years it has further intensified internal actions focused on incentive processes and the transformation of its inventors. In this path, the company has invested in the adoption of people management platforms, biweekly surveys to monitor the experience of employees, and more agile processes. This set of initiatives has created an even larger space to measure performance, develop people, value teamwork, and even enhance a culture of dialogue, making room for conversations about career and expectations. The already implemented and well known Simplification Project also reinforces in practice the development actions and the participative management work successfully promoted by the company.

"Brasilata has always given attention and a leading role to its employees. In general, all of our practices seek to promote human development and professional training for each employee, unlocking potential and talent. We are very proud of the growth of our inventors and although there is still room to evolve, I understand that this award winning the Incredible Places to Work Award demonstrates that we are on the right track and making our values perceived daily within the company," states Tiago Forte, CEO of Brasilata.

"We want and we are working to go beyond the boundaries of HR, to deeply understand the business and the organization, as well as to be attentive to the trends of a Strategic HR that naturally must also research and promote the best practices in people management. Together with the partner areas and leadership, we develop and encourage behaviors, symbols, processes and rituals that strengthen the culture of the organization," reiterates Juliana Cordeiro, manager of Human Resources at Brasilata when she mentions that the company has a culture of caring for people, of valuing the complete well being of the employees and having leaders prepared for a strong management carried out with affection and empathy, understanding that professional and personal issues are intertwined. "We encourage constant learning and, at the same time, we encourage acceptance and vulnerability as a source of great learning," adds Juliana.

This is Brasilata's second time participating in the Incredible Places to Work Award, but for many years the company has collected recognition from other renowned awards that evaluate people management and the work environment.
