Brasilata has just signed its commitment to the UN Global Compact, the world's largest corporate responsibility initiative, with business, civil society, labor and government participants in more than 160 countries.

As part of this commitment, the company is focusing its efforts on the They Lead 2030 Movement, a joint initiative of the UN Global Compact Brazil, UN Women and other partner institutions.

The ambitious goal is to have 1,500 companies committed to promoting gender equality in top leadership positions by 2030. Our central mission is to exceed the target of 40% of women in leadership positions by 2030.
