Our company is recognized as one of the most inventive enterprises in Brazil, thanks to our Simplification Project (Brasiliata Suggestion Program), implemented in 1987, inspired by the “Toyota Suggestion System.”

Over the last 22 years, Brasilata has recorded hundreds of suggestions and ideas and a substantial number of them have been successfully implemented, generating new products and causing a positive impact on the development and improvement of the production processes, enhanced administrative systems and on the overall working conditions.

In 2009, 165,545 ideas were received, which reflects an average of 181,9 ideas forwarded per inventor per year, a relatively high number when compared to the Japanese standard.

The authors (individuals or teams) of the six best ideas per Unit are recognized every six months with a party, open to all Inventors.

Once every year, we hold the Super Copa or Super Cup when the Champions of Champions are selected, that is, the best ideas from each industrial unit from those awarded the prior year.
